United Bank allows users of the UB Mobi and UB Biz mobile banking applications, as well as online banking through website sign-on, to request removal of their online banking profile. Please follow the steps below to request the removal of your online banking profile:
- Log in to your online banking account via the United Bank website or mobile application
- Navigate to “Messaging”
- Select “General Questions” as the subject
- Request removal/deletion of your online banking profile in the body of the message

United Bank archives user data deleted from the system to facilitate account recovery. The archived user data includes information that links the user to their bank account(s) and their personalized settings. This data is retained indefinitely and not used for anything outside of account recovery and personalized setting recovery.
