BRANCH MANAGER – Loxley Full Time Job #0803903 Responsibilities: Daily management of the branch Growing loans and deposits by making outside business development calls on customers in the Baldwin County area. Actively participating in community events such as the Chamber of Commerce, Home Builders Association, Rotary and other local functions Making sound lending decisions within a defined lending authority Maintaining compliance with all regulations Collecting past due loans Exercising authority in the areas of staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, and salary recommendations Other duties as assigned Skills/Education Required: High School Diploma required College degree in business/finance/accounting preferred Three to five years retail banking experience in a management role required with specific experience in business development, residential lending, and consumer lending Excellent written and verbal communications skills Excellent computer skills
