• Originating permanent FHA/VA and conventional residential mortgage loans and participates in related business development activities

• Soliciting residential first mortgages through contacts with realtors, builders, and developers

The Retail Lender reports to the Branch Manager and is part of the branch.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Retail Lender originates loans and evaluates approval of loan applications for lines or extension of credit and loans within approved credit authority, and if needed,
