How they work

Gift Cards are preloaded at the bank for amounts up to $500. Unlike retail gift cards, Gift Cards feature worldwide acceptance. Use at restaurants and pay-at-the-pump gas stations will incur additional authorization charges applied by the merchant.

Registered Gift Cards owners enjoy zero liability – meaning customers receive 100% protection from fraudulent use of a lost or stolen card.  Unlike retail gift card, Pre-Paid Gift Cards feature worldwide acceptance, and the finds on the card do not expire.

Fees associated with Gift Card

• No transaction fees
• Purchase fee of $3.00 for customers and non-customers
• Monthly Inactivity fee of $6.95 after 12 consecutive months of inactivity
• Lost/Stolen replacement card fee of $10.00
• Customized large orders are $3.00 per card

Card owners should know that Gift Cards are active once they are loaded in the bank.  Gift cards are non-refundable and all sales are final.
