Information is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can access the Advantage 24 BankLine by keying in your account number along with your chosen Personal Identification Number (PIN) and the requested number of digits from your social security number. This secure service gives you the ability to obtain information about your United Bank accounts, transfer funds between your accounts, and listen to community announcements.
To report a lost or stolen debit card, you may call our Advantage 24 Bankline at 368-7979 or 1-800-861-8752 24 hours a day, seven days a week. From the main menu, select option 9, then select option 2. You will then be prompted to enter the checking account number and social security number associated with the card you want to report lost or stolen. If more than one debit card is associated with that account, you will be given the opportunity to select the card you want to report. Once the card is reported lost or stolen, it will be immediately deactivated and can no longer be used.
Please call us during regular business hours if you would like a replacement card issued once your card has been deactivated.
