Fraud Prevention

To assist credit card users in reducing credit card fraud when making purchases, our third party provider (Fidelity/Certegy) has teamed up with Falcon Neural Network. Falcon network is considered the leading fraud detection software in the industry, and is used by 9 out of the top 10 issuers in the U.S.A.  Past data regarding spending habits of each cardholder is reviewed when a customer initiates a transaction.  It will pass through the system and be compared to previous transactions made by that customer and then scored for the likelihood of fraud.  Transactions with a high probability of fraud will be validated through telephone calls made directly to the cardholder.  If the cardholder cannot be reached, the Bank will be contacted directly.  This type of fraud detection has proven to be effective and appreciated by cardholders.

Travel Accident Insurance

The Business Visa card also offers a $250,000 Travel Accident Insurance Policy at no cost to you, when you use your card to purchase airline or other common carrier tickets.
